Kickstarter is a launchpad for creators to raise funds for the initial production of their invention. Backers (that’s you!) can support the creator by pre-ordering the product at a discounted price.

What does it mean to back a project (pledge) ?
When you back a project, you’re pre-ordering the product. That means you’ll get it once it’s produced. Besides getting the product itself, you’re also joining a community. Follow along the production process, take part in important surveys and give the creator valuable feedback.

How to pledge?
Create a Kickstarter account (if you don‘t have one) and just click the ‚BACK THIS PROJECT‘ button in our campaign page, select the reward you want and click the ‘PLEDGE’ button and follow the instructions below. That’s it. You can now relax and wait for your amazing world map. Money will be charged from your bank account only after our campaign.

When is my money collected?
Your money will be collected only after the project ends on 28 October 2021. If the project is cancelled for any reason, you won’t be charged.

What payment methods can I use?
You can use any debit or credit card associated with VISA, MasterCard or American Express, as well as Discover and JCB cards. Kickstarter does not accept payments with PayPal.

When do I have to decide on the design I want?
After our campaign, you will receive a survey in which you will choose the desired design. You will also provide your address, confirm the shipping price, select add-ons and provide other necessary information. Everything will happen after the campaign using the Pledge Manager.

Why should I choose your world map?
Because it is a professional product. We collaborated with cartography professionals to create this map. It provides the latest geographical information (up to 2021), and we have carefully selected and supplemented the map with exclusive national parks, places to visit and other useful information.
We use only the highest quality and natural materials to produce the map. The subframe is made of natural wood, we use the base of natural cork material, as well as natural and professional cotton canvas. We use a professional Canon printer with the unique LUCIA PRO ink system, which allows us to produce high-resolution and high-quality prints that will remain unchanged for up to 100 years.
Each map is handmade and is a true work of art.
A lot can be said, but it‘s best to evaluate the quality for yourself. We promise it will exceed your expectations.

Do all maps provide the same information?
The information is the same, yes. Just the larger the map, the more information it contains. For the most detailed map, we recommend choosing the L size.

What size should I choose?
All maps are of the highest quality and provide the same information. However, the larger the map, the more information it has. Think about where you want to hang the map, measure the size of the wall and order the largest map possible. Whatever size you choose, be aware that all maps are amazing!

Differences between Political and Satellite map.
Both maps provide the same information. However, in the Satellite map we paid more attention to the terrain and natural colors. We highlighted glaciers, deserts, forests, as well as mountain ranges. That’s why detailed 3-D rendered shaded relief terrain and ocean bathymetry looks impressive.
Meanwhile, the Political map pays more attention to countries and their political borders. Here we can offer a wider choice of designs, different colors. The Political map is easier to adapt to the interior of your home or office.

Can I use it right away?
Yes, our map is fully ready to use. It is one-piece product that has sawtooth corner hangers. No frame needed because we use gallery-wrapping, so the map will look great on all sides. You will not need complicated instructions and long hours to assemble the map. We did everything for you. Just take it out of the box, hang it on the wall, and start pinning your memories! Simple!

Can pins be pinned wherever I want?
Of course, there are no premade holes on the map. The base of the cork material is all over the map, so you can pin where you want. And as much as you want. Just pin all your memories! Have fun!

Will I get some pins with the map?
Yes, we will add 50 pins for free to each map. If you want more pins, you will be able to add them after the campaign using our Pledge Manager.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship internationally. All orders will be delivered door-to-door using only reliable and globally recognized courier services. Depending on your country, we will use FedEx/TNT; UPS; DPD courier services. We will calculate and charge shipping costs after the project, using Pledge Manager.
Please note that customers located outside of the EU are responsible for ALL customs and duty costs in addition to their shipping cost.

What will be the approximate shipping cost?
We plan to send maps BY AIR, using courier services.
Package dimensions - SIZE S - 50x70x8 cm. Shipping cost in EU - 16-39 EUR (2-5 days). Outside Europe - 43-65 EUR (5-6 days).
Package dimensions - SIZE M - 70x110x8 cm. Shipping cost in EU - 19-45 EUR (2-5 days). Outside Europe - 58-89 EUR (5-6 days).
Package dimensions - SIZE L - 110x160x8 cm. Shipping cost in EU - 39-69 EUR (2-5 days). Outside Europe - 89-169 EUR (5-6 days).

After the campaign, you will receive a Survey from our partner BackerKit, and using the Pledge Manager you will be able to select additional maps as add-ons.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
